When most people first walk into my office, they’re usually in pain. Back pain. Neck pain. Headaches. Stiffness that’s been “brewing” for a while. My job in those early visits is simple: we catch up to the problem.


But here’s the part many people don’t realize yet.


Once we catch up, we have to keep up.


That’s where preventative chiropractic care comes in, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of what I do.
